This PR enables the unrefining extension everywhere in Pulse (FStarLang/FStar#3406). I have been using it successfully in another project and it behaves pretty well IMO. I have stopped seeing issues like
eq2 #nat x y
not matchingeq2 #int x y
, and while sometimes the extension changes type inference undesirably, this is quite rare--- see the second patch here which is all it took to fix Pulse.This is also very useful for typeclasses in particular, which will be my next PR.
